Who we are
All Good Health Clinic provides telehealth services through physicians licensed in the state where you are located at the time of your visit. Using this site or becoming a member means you accept these terms.
Telehealth consent
Telehealth care is delivered by video and secure messaging rather than in person. That means a physician cannot perform a hands-on physical exam, and some conditions cannot be safely evaluated remotely. Your physician will tell you when in-person care is needed. Technology can fail; if a visit drops, we reschedule at no cost.
Not emergency care
This service is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing chest pain, trouble breathing, severe abdominal pain, fainting, thoughts of harming yourself, or any other emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
No guaranteed outcome
Weight and metabolic results vary by person and depend on biology, medical history, medication response and many factors outside anyone's control. Nothing on this site is a promise of a specific result, and no physician is obligated to prescribe any particular medication.
Membership and billing
Membership is $89 per month, charged to your card on the same day each month, and includes physician visits, plan adjustments, lab review and messaging. Medications and laboratory work are billed separately by the pharmacy or lab. You may cancel at any time from your account or by email; cancellation stops future charges and is not prorated for the current month.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and physically located in a state where we are licensed at the time of each visit. We currently serve 48 states and the District of Columbia; Alaska and Hawaii are excluded. Eligibility is confirmed during intake before any charge.
Your responsibilities
Give complete and accurate health information, including every medication and supplement you take. Follow up as your physician recommends. Do not share your account with anyone else.
The AI care navigator
The care navigator produces general educational information using an AI model. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or create a physician-patient relationship, and its output is not medical advice. Always confirm with your physician before acting on it.
Disputes and changes
We may update these terms; material changes are emailed to members at least 30 days in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
