What does it cost, and are there hidden fees?
Weight-management care starts at $129.99 with founding member pricing and includes your physician visits, plan adjustments, lab review and unlimited messaging. Medication, if prescribed, is billed separately — we show you the exact price before anything is ordered. No enrollment fee, no cancellation fee.
Do I need insurance?
No. Membership is self-pay, which keeps pricing predictable. If you do have insurance, many members use it for labs and for prescriptions filled at their local pharmacy, and we provide superbills on request.
Is medication required?
Never. Some members do best with GLP-1 or other prescribed therapy; others build results through nutrition, movement and treating the conditions underneath. Your physician recommends, you decide.
How fast can I be seen?
Most members complete intake and have their first video visit within 3 business days. Evening and weekend appointments are available.
What labs do you need?
Typically a metabolic panel, A1C, lipids and thyroid. We order them at a lab near you, or you can upload recent results from your existing doctor and skip the draw.
Will you coordinate with my regular doctor?
Yes, with your permission we share visit notes and medication changes with your primary care physician so nothing falls between the cracks.
Which states are you available in?
48 states and the District of Columbia. We are not yet licensed in Alaska or Hawaii. We'll confirm eligibility during intake before you pay anything.
Is my information private?
All visits and messages run through HIPAA-compliant systems. We do not sell data, and we do not share your information with advertisers or employers.
